Yohanna Longa

Yohanna is a high energy individual committed to creating a meaningful impact and optimising efficiency within organisational systems. She has completed a Diploma in Business and is pursuing further study in a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/ Behavioural Science (Psychology) at QUT.

 

She has experience in supporting individuals, groups, and practices in all things admin. She has worked in the mental health industry, supporting over 20+ practices virtually across Australia as a Compliance and Engagement Officer, ensuring practices are compliant with Medicare, etc. She has also worked within the real estate industry as a Residential Valuations Coordinator supporting 30 Valuers in their valuations processes in the NSW area.

Her journey has taught her the power of empathy and the value of connecting with individuals on a deeper level. She is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in people’s lives. As Maya Angelou once said, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” It is her passion for helping others that drives her to continuously strive for excellence in everything she does.
